CAPITAL VINTAGE FRAMER DEVELOPMENT
Ian Fisher, Co-founder of Vintage Capital, a U.S.-based real estate investment firm, was frustrated with the outdated look of their website.
Introduction
Ian understood the importance of having a modern digital presence that reflected the professionalism and prestige of their brand. What he needed was a polished, high-performing website that worked flawlessly across all devices.
Problem and Objectives
As a real estate investment firm, Ian knew the value of a strong first impression. He recognized that their existing website no longer matched the caliber of their operations. During the initial discovery call with me, I aligned on the immediate need for a revamped digital identity. The new website needed to: Showcase their brand with a clean and modern design. Offer a smooth, responsive experience across all devices. Seamlessly integrate lead generation tools for investor inquiries.
After understanding their requirements, I defined the following project objectives: Build a fully responsive, visually compelling website using Framer. Integrate HubSpot forms to streamline investor communication and lead capture. Ensure optimized performance and usability across browsers and devices.
My Approach
Given the premium nature of the Vintage Capital brand, both form and function had to work in harmony. For us, this was an exciting challenge: to overhaul the website while staying true to the brand’s established identity. I began with detailed planning sessions focused on layout goals, content structure, and integration requirements. Once the vision was clear, i moved into the design and development phases. Framer Development & Responsive Design After careful consideration Framer was selected as the design and development platform for its speed, flexibility, and ability to deliver custom, interactive experiences. Key steps included: Creating clean, modern layouts that aligned with Vintage Capital’s brand tone. Developing a fully responsive framework to ensure seamless functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Maintaining consistent visual language and intuitive navigation throughout the site.
HubSpot Form Integration Lead capture was a critical goal for the website. To support this, i integrated HubSpot forms directly into key sections of the website. This allowed Vintage Capital to: Automatically collect and organize investor inquiries Sync website form submissions with their internal CRM Set up internal notifications for faster follow-up and improved investor relations The integration was executed using HubSpot’s embed codes and verified for real-time data capture and formatting. Final Testing & Deployment After development, the site underwent comprehensive QA testing. I validated responsiveness, browser compatibility, form submission behavior, and page performance. Each section was tested on various devices to ensure pixel-perfect alignment and usability. Once the site passed all checks, we handed it over to the client for final review. Upon approval, the site was published live, on time and without a hitch.
